If an individual qualifies under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) with regular NOC experience (TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3) but also has 6 months full-time self-employed experience within Canada in a category-based trade occupation (e.g., painter - NOC 73112) in last 3 years, would they be considered under the trades category-based draw?
