graduation- work-permit-program htmiisi1 states the definition of full-time student as "The term “full-time” is defined by the individual DLI, but in general it means 3 to 5 classes per semester.", and IRPR s83(2) under Federal Skilled Worker and s102.2(1) under Self-errployed Persons state the definition of full-time study as "at least 15 hours of instruction per week during the academic year", what is the definition of being a part-time student for the purpose of meeting CEC eligible work hours? For example, a Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) who is studying part- time in a course which Is less than 6 months in duration and as such Is exempt from requiring a study permt, up to how many hours can such a TFW study per week and meet the definition of being a part-time student?
