Good day, | would like to kindly ask for clarification regarding which application form to submit for an application for PGWP and restoration of status (student). The client had one PGWP (diy) refusal due to a missing language proficiency test and now wishes to reapply for a PGWP with restoration. I'm finding conflicting information online. On IRCC's website, it is said to apply for a PGWP and pay the fees for both the work permit and restoration of status. No separate application for restoration of status is required. For this application, IMMS5710 would be completed and submitted to [requester] IMM5710, there is no option to select "Restore my status as Student.” Work in Canada after you graduate How to apply You can apply for a post-graduation work permit (PGWP) from within Canada or from another country, as long as you're eligible.
