IRC won't process any of these five members’ applications until all five are received, or IRCC wor't process any of the PR applications until all essential members’ PR applications are received? 2. Following Question 1 - What if by the end of the Letter of Supports expiry, all members but one non-essential member have yet to submit their PR application and will not be submitting a PR application?
