However both jobs were in occupation classified under teer 2 occupation My question is can the applicant claim points for foreign work experience in his cec application although the experience was not continuous but both were full time and Ina skilled occupation or does the overseas experience have to be continous Response: The applicant may be eligible for Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points for their foreign work experience even if the experience was not continuous. The foreign work experience must meet the requirements defined under section 25 of the Ministerial Instructions respecting the Express Entry system.
