We have had students refused study permits based on two different reasons as it relates to their institutional admission letter. One is that IRCC stated the student provided an offer of admission and not a letter of acceptance. Another refusal reason we have sens that the letter of acceptance is not valid. Both refusal reasons where in situations where we verified the LOA as verified match in the LOA portal 1am most confused about the difference between an offer of admission vs. a letter of acceptance. We have followed IRC LOA guidelines for the content of these letters. And | have not found any reference to offer of admission on IRCC website. Can you provide clarification or direct me to some resources that explain the difference? Thank you,
