Need answer asap if possible. Hello. [have two short questions regarding processing of PGWP.

1, 1. New nules indicate that an approved language test must be submitted together with a [requester] if a client obtains their PGWP over a year ago ( before the new rules) and the duration was cut short only due to passport expiry. If the client applies for the balance of the PGWP duration (

2. 2 IRCC guide says that when a person is applying for extension of PGWP solely due to passport expiry it MUST BE SUBMITTED BY [requester] that apply to lawyers who apply for their clients via the Authorized Representative Portal? In other words, can lawyers apply for this type of PGWP online via APR or do lawyers need to mail a paper applications too? (Lam asking because some colleagues indicate that it must be on paper and some said they were successful when sending via APR? it’s confusing). Please advise at your earliest. Thank you 02211
