Valid passport
The checklist lists a valid passport for every candidate. Upload the personal information page and any pages that show the expiry and renewal dates.

Language assessment
The checklist says to upload your language assessment. Results cannot be more than two years old at the expression of interest. The accepted tests stay on the stream page.

Foreign post-secondary degree and educational credential assessment
The checklist says to upload the post-secondary degree completed outside Canada and an educational credential assessment showing it is equivalent to a Canadian degree. The degree must have been completed in the two years before the expression of interest.

Business plan
The checklist says you must give the designated agency the same business plan you submitted with the expression of interest.

The checklist says to upload the business plan evaluation report prepared by an approved designated agency.

Work experience reference letters
The checklist says to upload reference letters for business ownership, management, or incubator or accelerator experience. Letters must be on letterhead and signed, and must include the job title, period, and daily duties.
