The page says that as part of the application you must submit a review engagement: a review of the business financial statements, including a formal conclusion, prepared by a Chartered Professional Accountant licensed in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The page says that as part of the application you must submit a special purpose report from that same licensed accountant. The report covers financial health, recommendations, issues found, and a business overview. Figures in the report are not copied here.
