Official / RED VERIFIEDIRCC has 30 days to answer a standard Access to Information Act request. When they miss it, you can complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner. The official doors are the OIC complaint page and the OIC timeframe guidance.
The Access Act complaint path is not the Privacy Act path. Privacy Act issues go to the Privacy Commissioner. Confirm the Act before you file.
