Web form

IRCC web form

The official online contact channel. Use it to update a file or send a document they asked for when the portal will not take it.

On the official record

  • IRCC contact page is the web form. Use it to update an application, ask about a file over normal processing time, report a technical problem, or ask about programs.
  • After you submit, IRCC says you get an acknowledgement of receipt for the form itself. That is not a PR AOR.
  • If they need more information on a file, they will contact you. Another web form does not speed processing.

Common mix-ups

  • Not a way to jump the queue.
  • Not a PFL reply channel unless the letter tells you to use it.

The catch

This site will not host a copy of the web form and will not collect a UCI or application number. Use the official page. If you have never filed, IRCC dummy-number instructions live on that page. Do not invent numbers.
