On the official record

Official / RED VERIFIED

IRCC check-your-score page describes CRS as the points system that ranks a profile in the pool. The published criteria break a 1,200-point total into core human-capital factors, spouse or partner factors, skill transferability, and additional points.

As of 25 Mar 2025, IRCC no longer gives CRS points for job offers. A valid job offer can still matter for program eligibility. A provincial nomination still sits in the additional-points block.

Score a profile here, then confirm against the official IRCC grid. Cut-offs move each round. A 520 in a CEC round and a 400 in a French category round are not the same competition.

Do not plan a 2026 strategy around arranged-employment points unless the live CRS page says they are back.
