Practice judgment

The 67-point grid is not CRS. Passing 67 only gets a profile into the pool. Ranking still happens on CRS.

Duties decide the NOC, not the title on the offer. If the unit group is wrong, the year of work does not save the file.

Labelled judgment. Not the official rule. Not legal advice.
